1. About Our Service
Amruta Dhaanya is a local fresh-food network starting in Warangal. We connect registered local sellers, household growers, and nearby customers through daily fresh availability, careful handling, and fair local sourcing.
We are not a supermarket, mass-production farm, or quick-commerce platform. Our items depend on local seller availability, season, freshness, and limited daily supply.
2. Daily Availability
All items are subject to daily availability.
Availability may change due to weather, seller supply, harvest quantity, quality issues, delivery limits, or customer demand.
An item shown on our website, WhatsApp, or Fresh List is not guaranteed until Amruta Dhaanya confirms the order.
3. Customer Orders
Customers may place orders through WhatsApp, website forms, Google Forms, phone, or other approved channels.
An order is confirmed only after item availability, quantity, price, delivery details, and payment method are agreed.
Customers must provide correct name, phone number, delivery area, and order details.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices may change daily based on seller availability, local market conditions, item quality, quantity, handling cost, delivery cost, and operational expenses.
Customers should never share UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, card CVV, or full card details with Amruta Dhaanya, delivery agents, or any third party.
Seller payments are made based on accepted quantity, agreed price, and actual sale or pickup arrangement.
5. Delivery and Customer Availability
Delivery is available only in selected service areas during the pilot stage.
Delivery timing may depend on pickup time, packing, route, weather, traffic, and local conditions. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Customers must be available to receive the order. If a customer is unavailable, gives an incorrect address, or refuses delivery without valid reason, refund may not be available for perishable items.
6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Replacements
Customers may request cancellation before the order is collected, packed, or dispatched.
Because we handle fresh and perishable items, refund or replacement requests must be made on the same day of delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be considered for damaged items, visibly spoiled items, wrong items, missing items, or major quality issues.
Refunds may not be available for natural size, colour, shape, or taste variation, customer unavailability, change of mind, incorrect address, or complaints made too late.
7. Product Quality and Natural Variation
Amruta Dhaanya focuses on selected fresh local items from registered sellers.
Customers understand that local and household-grown produce may naturally vary in size, shape, colour, texture, taste, appearance, and shelf life.
Natural variation does not automatically mean the item is defective.
8. No Certification Claim
Unless clearly stated with valid proof, Amruta Dhaanya does not claim that every item is certified organic, certified pesticide-free, laboratory-tested, government-certified, chemical-free, or medically verified.
We may share seller-provided information, but such information depends on seller honesty and available internal checks.
9. Seller Responsibilities
Growers and sellers agree to provide truthful information about their produce, source, quantity, growing method, availability, and condition.
Sellers must not supply stale, unsafe, spoiled, falsely claimed, or market-bought items as homegrown produce.
If a seller provides false information or poor-quality items, Amruta Dhaanya may reject items, suspend the seller code, or remove the seller from the network.
10. Amruta Dhaanya’s Role
Amruta Dhaanya will take reasonable care in seller registration, basic freshness checks, order communication, pickup coordination, packing, and delivery.
However, Amruta Dhaanya cannot guarantee that every item will be free from natural variation, hidden defects, contamination, allergic reaction risk, seller misrepresentation, or issues arising after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility where the law does not allow such limitation.
11. Privacy and Seller Codes
Use of Amruta Dhaanya is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Seller personal details are not shared publicly with customers. Sellers may be identified through private service codes such as AD-101.
12. User Conduct
Customers, sellers, agents, and delivery partners must not misuse the service, provide false information, harass others, make fake complaints, misuse customer or seller data, or copy Amruta Dhaanya’s brand, content, lists, or operating system.
Amruta Dhaanya may refuse service or remove users who violate these standards.
13. Complaints and Grievances

We will try to acknowledge genuine grievances within 24–72 hours and aim to resolve them within 15–30 days, depending on the nature of the issue.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to Amruta Dhaanya shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts or appropriate authorities in Warangal, Telangana, India.
15. Updates to These Terms
Amruta Dhaanya may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the service grows or as legal, operational, or technology requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
