Amruta Dhaanya connects registered local sellers, household growers, and nearby customers in Warangal through daily fresh availability, careful handling, and fair local sourcing.
We use your information only for Fresh List updates, customer orders, grower/seller registration, pickup coordination, delivery communication, payment communication, grievance handling, and service improvement.
Seller personal details are not shared publicly with customers. Sellers may be shown only through a private service code, such as AD-101.

We collect only the information necessary to operate our local fresh-food network.
Customer Information
When you join the Fresh List, place an order, submit a form, or contact us, we may collect:

Grower / Seller Information

6. Seller Privacy Protection
Seller names, phone numbers, and home addresses are not shared publicly with customers.
For customer-facing source clarity, sellers may be shown only through a private service code, such as:
AD-101
This helps Amruta Dhaanya maintain basic internal source records while protecting seller identity.
7. Seller Responsibility and Product Quality
Amruta Dhaanya may register sellers, assign seller service codes, collect selected produce, and perform basic freshness checks before listing items.
However, the grower/seller remains responsible for the truthfulness of information they provide about their produce, including source, availability, growing method, and condition of produce supplied under their seller code.
Amruta Dhaanya does not claim that every item is laboratory-tested, certified organic, certified pesticide-free, or officially approved by any government or private certification authority unless specifically stated with valid proof.
If a seller provides false information, poor-quality items, unsafe items, or misleading claims, Amruta Dhaanya may reject the items, suspend the seller, remove the seller from the network, or take other suitable action.
Amruta Dhaanya will take reasonable care in handling, basic freshness checks, communication, and delivery coordination, but it cannot guarantee that every item will be free from all natural variation, hidden defects, contamination, or seller misrepresentation.
8. Customer Privacy Protection
Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order details, and preferences are used only for:
Fresh List updates
order communication
delivery coordination
customer support
complaint handling
service improvement
We do not sell customer personal information.
We do not publicly display customer personal details.
9. Use of WhatsApp, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Website Tools
Amruta Dhaanya may use WhatsApp, Google Forms, Google Sheets, email, website forms, or similar tools to manage:

daily availability updates
customer orders
pickup coordination
delivery communication

When you submit details through a Google Form or message us on WhatsApp, your information may be stored in those platforms according to their own privacy and security practices.

10. Payment Information and Sensitive Data
Amruta Dhaanya may collect basic payment confirmation details, such as:

We do not ask customers or sellers to share sensitive banking information such as:

full card details
Please do not share your UPI PIN, bank password, card CVV, or OTP with Amruta Dhaanya, any delivery person, or any third party.
Any payment-related information that we store will be used only for order confirmation, seller payment, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

We may share limited information only where necessary.

Amruta Dhaanya may verify growers/sellers through basic internal checks before assigning a seller service code.
The purpose of seller codes is to support:

Seller codes do not mean that every item is laboratory-tested, certified organic, certified pesticide-free, or officially approved by any authority.
